The Site is owned and provided by CII from its offices in Israel. The Terms are to be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel, and all disputes regarding them or relating to the Site in any manner will be determined solely by the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, without giving effect to the principle of conflicts of laws.
If any provision of these Terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then such provision shall be severable from these Terms, and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of the Site must be commenced within 6 months after the claim or cause of action arises.
