Mr. Zvika Livnat - Co-Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Zvika Livnat serves as Co-CEO of Clal Industries and Investments Ltd, Executive Vice President of IDB Holding Corporation Ltd. and Deputy Chairman of IDB Development Corporation Ltd.

Previously, Mr. Livnat served as Commercial Vice President of Taavura Holdings Ltd.

The Livnat family, together with its partners, Ganden Group and Manor Group, acquired the majority interests of IDB Group in May 2003.
